About the Role
The Product Delivery Lead serves as the primary business and delivery partner for YETI's Customization technology platform. This role combines Product Ownership, Agile Delivery Leadership, and Business Systems Analysis responsibilities to drive the successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives supporting the Customization business.
This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, customer service, manufacturing partners, and external vendors to define priorities, manage product backlogs, facilitate Agile delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
This role is responsible for translating business strategy into executable roadmaps, maintaining product alignment with customer and operational needs, and driving successful implementation of technology capabilities supporting customized products and experiences.
