Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome every child with warmth and attentiveness, creating a space where they feel safe and valued
Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark creativity, fun, and learning
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Kids Club environment
Model the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in all you do
Support your team with flexibility, positivity, and a heart for service Whether you're entertaining energetic toddlers, or helping school-age kids feel right at home, you'll be a vital part of creating a joyful, purposeful experience for every child who walks through our doors

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years and older, energetic, responsible and enjoy working with children.
Possess current CPR/First Aid certification.
A minimum of 6 months experience working with children is helpful.
Requires alertness, attention to detail, concentration and the ability to multi-task.
