Position Summary:
The Welcome Center Representative plays a vital role in shaping the member and guest experience. Reporting to the Director of Membership, this individual serves as the face of the Y—greeting, engaging, and supporting all who enter our doors. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
