Driver - Before & After School Program, North Side YMCA

POSITION DESCRIPTION: No CDL Required! To provide transportation to and from the North Side YMCA and elementary schools utilizing the YMCA 14 passenger vans. This is a very high energy program, requiring positive interaction with the children continually throughout the shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with members, donors and volunteers.
• Establish a positive relationship with each child.
• Ensure the safety and well being of all children.
• Report all injuries and incidences to the site coordinator.
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings to help plan activities.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and staff.
• Display YMCA core values (Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility at all times) Position may require work outside the regularly scheduled program hours.
