POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes and promote a healthy lifestyle within our community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate participants of all fitness levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver a variety of group exercise classes, including but not limited to aerobics, yoga, pilates, and strength training.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and fosters community.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate participants' varying fitness levels and abilities.
• Monitor participants' form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during classes.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills.
• Promote classes and engage with participants to build a loyal following.
