POSITION SUMMARY: The responsibilities of a YMCA of Southwest Florida Manager on Duty (MOD) are integral in ensuring the consistent presence of leadership in the gymnasium. The MOD will assume ownership of the gymnasium during his/her/their shift and will have operational knowledge of the facility, its layout, design, and safety protocols. It is the responsibility of the MOD to resolve member and participant concerns while supporting onsite staff and volunteers and upholding Y policies and procedures.
