That your doctor, nutritionist, and mum would approve of.</div><div><strong>Job Description</strong></div><div><br></div><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">Plans, organizes and supervises the Overall Activity of maintenance & operations of Plant & Utilities /Electrical / Instrumentation.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Coordinates, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly schedules</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff for all three departments.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Responsible for installation or repair of Electrical / HVAC systems / plant maintenance and utility operation and maintenance</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revises instructions and time frames as necessary.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Schedules and Supervises maintenance activities within the , including work performed by contractors or subcontractors within the system.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Creates and develops documents related RFP or RFB maintenance projects.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Supervises maintenance and servicing of packing system equipment / producing equipment</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Determines need for outside contractors to be involved in construction projects</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs and work orders and other operating reports for each location.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Managing maintenance schedules and budgets of all reporting departments .</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Delivering planned and property maintenance of all reporting departments.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Managing a team of multi-disciplined mechanical / Electrical /instrument maintenance technicians .</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Team.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Ensuring that all electrical equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Designing maintenance programs of engineering division .</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Checking electrical units.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Delegating work responsibilities.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Recording daily maintenance activity of Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation .</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Mentoring inexperienced or new employees.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">· Running an efficient repairs reporting system.</p><p style="line-height:11.65pt;background:white;">  Responding quickly to any emergencies.</p><div align="center"><table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse:collapse;border:none; " width="684"><tbody><tr></tr></tbody></table></div>
