Responsibilities:

</strong></h3><ul><li><div><strong>Modern Trade Ecosystem Understanding:</strong> Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the MT landscape, its key stakeholders, and its impact on overall business operations.</div></li><li><div><strong>PO Process & Tracking:</strong> Ensure a smooth process from PO receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.</div></li><li><div><strong>End-to-End PO Tracking:</strong> Monitor and track POs until successful delivery, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve delays or issues.</div></li><li><div><strong>Daily Reports & Metrics:</strong> Generate and maintain key reports such as ASM-wise, Account-wise, and Brand-wise Target vs.

Achievement (TGT vs ACH) trackers.</div></li><li><div><strong>NPI Tracking:</strong> Oversee the tracking of New Product Introductions (NPIs) within the Modern Trade channel.</div></li><li><div><strong>PO Sharing & Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with CFAs, ASMs, and RKAMs to ensure accurate and timely sharing of POs.</div></li><li><div><strong>Appointment & Non-Appointment PO Process:</strong> Handle PO execution for both appointment-based and non-appointment accounts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.</div></li><li><div><strong>Stakeholder Coordination:</strong> Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimize Modern Trade operations and resolve any bottlenecks.</div></li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications &

Skills:

</strong></h3><ul><li><div>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>3+ years of experience in Modern Trade operations, preferably in FMCG or Retail.</div></li><li><div>Strong understanding of PO processes, tracking mechanisms, and key performance metrics.</div></li><li><div>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.</div></li><li><div>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</div></li><li><div>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.</div></li></ul>
