<div><strong>Job Title:</strong> Data Entry Operator – Operations<br><br>Department: Operations<br>Location: Bangalore [Nelamangala]<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br>We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the Operations team by maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Enter, verify, and update operational data accurately.<br>Maintain records, databases, and documentation.<br>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.<br>Validate data and resolve discrepancies.<br>Update inventory and dispatch records.<br>Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.<br>Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br></strong>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.<br>1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Operations.<br>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.<br>Good typing speed with high accuracy.<br>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.<br>Good communication and coordination abilities.<br><br><strong>Preferred Skills<br></strong>Experience with ERP/CRM systems.<br>Knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.<br>Process-oriented with strong record management skills.</div>
