• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.<br>
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.<br>
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.<br>
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.<br>
• Industry mapping and passive sourcing of candidates<br>
• Work on employer branding promoting Yoga bar as a great prospective employer.<br>
• Managing internship programs.<br>
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.</div><div style="font-family: ;">
• Identify and resolve recruitment process gaps </div><div style="font-family: ;"><br><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong><br>● Have experience in working with high speed FMCG/D2C company along with strong stakeholder management.<br>● Strong ownership and ability to lead recruitment while creating and running processes to manage ambiguity.<br>● Experience in various search methodologies and desire to own recruitment process</div>
