Associate / Assistant Manager – R&D Analytical</strong> to support and strengthen our analytical laboratory operations. This role will be responsible for handling and testing mechanical and chemical samples, maintaining laboratory documentation, ensuring compliance with quality systems and NABL requirements, and supporting issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.</div><div>The ideal candidate should have strong laboratory knowledge, hands-on analytical testing experience, and the ability to Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>Analytical Testing & Sample Management</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Manage and handle <strong>mechanical and chemical samples</strong> with proper <strong>tracking, traceability, and documentation</strong>.</li><li>Perform <strong>laboratory testing</strong> as per approved <strong>SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)</strong> and <strong>STPs (Standard Testing Procedures)</strong>.</li><li>Ensure proper receipt, identification, storage, handling, and disposal of samples as per defined processes.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor testing activities to ensure timely completion and reporting.</li></ul><div><strong>Documentation & Technical Compliance</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Prepare, review, and maintain <strong>SOPs, STPs, specifications, test methods, and technical documentation</strong>.</li><li>Ensure all laboratory records, logs, and analytical reports are maintained accurately and in compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation to support product development, testing, and compliance requirements.</li></ul><div><strong>Reporting & Issue Resolution</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Ensure <strong>accurate, timely, and complete reporting</strong> of test results.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams such as <strong>R&D, QA, Production, and Regulatory</strong> for analytical issue resolution.</li><li>Investigate analytical deviations and support root cause analysis where required.</li><li>Support closure of <strong>customer complaints</strong> through proper testing, investigation, and documentation.</li></ul><div><strong>Quality Systems & Audit Compliance</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>quality systems, laboratory best practices, and NABL requirements</strong>.</li><li>Support <strong>internal and external audits</strong> and ensure the laboratory remains <strong>audit-ready</strong> at all times.</li><li>Initiate, document, and track <strong>Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)</strong> to closure.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen lab systems and compliance.</li></ul><div><strong>Training & External Coordination</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Conduct and participate in <strong>training programs</strong> for laboratory personnel on testing procedures, documentation, quality systems, and safety practices.</li><li>Coordinate testing activities with <strong>external laboratories</strong> whenever required and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with vendors, labs, and internal stakeholders for smooth analytical operations.</li></ul><div><strong>Lab Operations & Safety</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Ensure proper <strong>laboratory discipline, safety, housekeeping, and documentation practices</strong>.</li><li>Monitor adherence to laboratory protocols, style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in <strong>Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Food Technology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Sciences</strong> or a related field.</li><li><strong>2+ years of relevant experience</strong> in <strong>analytical laboratory operations, testing, quality systems, or R&D analytical functions</strong>.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>sample handling, analytical testing, laboratory documentation, and quality compliance</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>SOPs, STPs, specifications, CAPA, audit processes, and NABL requirements</strong>.</li><li>Experience in handling <strong>customer complaint investigations</strong> and cross-functional issue resolution will be preferred.</li><li>Good working knowledge of <strong>MS Excel, reporting tools, and laboratory documentation systems</strong>.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
