Summary
- Plan, direct and control the plant production system through policy formulation, monitoring of daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily manufacturing operations
- Ensure JSOX Compliance as related to IT and MIS systems
- Manage and Control Information Technology and Manufacturing Information Systems department
to support all plant operations.
- Manage and coordinate corporate and plant scheduling departments.
- Manage and control raw material warehouse and finished Goods warehouse
- Manage and coordinate all raw material and support material planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute month end stock taking activities with Accounting Department.
- Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Analyze manufacturing cost and take corrective action to meet plant wide targets through use of
Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and manage small and large capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller.
- Inform Accounting Department how to apply and when to capitalize capital projects.
- Facilitate and Schedule Plant Tours and visitor activities.
- Manage 3rd party service contracts – including but not limited to Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, Vending,
and Landscape Maintenance.
- Maintain and control plant layout and office spaces.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
One month in continental United States.

Education and Experience
B. S. Degree in Business Administration, or related business field (MA or MBA is a plus) with 8-10 years in a management role in manufacturing environment or a suitable combination of education and experience
