YOOX are now seeking a talented HR Shared Services Advisor to join the HR Centre of Expertise function. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Working Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed Term (1 year)

Starting Annual Gross Base Salary: From 29.000€

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Prepare all employment-related letters for staff including role changes, annual salary increase, new starters and leavers
• Provide 1st line response to HR policy queries utilizing our ticketing system Workday Help
• Update and maintain our employee personnel files and keep HR Systems updated
• Working closely with our payroll team providing support to managers and employees for the Workday system
• Provide general and comprehensive administration support to the HR Business Partners and CoE team
• Supporting the onboarding of our new employees
• Track and monitor: fixed term contractors, maternity, paternity shared parental leave, probation, visas/right to work and allowances

• Follow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the team and the wider businesses
• Provide support to the HR Centre of Expertise team (across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management) as required, and collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and tasks

The type of person we are looking for:

• Minimum prior experience in an HR administrative role, supporting a fast-paced team
• Prior experience / comfortable with providing first line advice to employees

• Discreet, professional, with a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Exceptionally well-organised and efficient, with a strong service mindset and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Sound judgement and the ability to escalate confidential issues appropriately
• Proactive approach with a drive to suggest ideas and initiatives to continuously improve HR business services
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word) or Google Workspace
• Experience with Workday HCM is highly desirable, though not essential
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
