Installation and Setup: Install and configure Wi-Fi networks, including routers, extenders and other related equipment. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and performance.. Network : Wi-Fi networks for performance, including channel selection, signal strength adjustments, and interference management.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining technical information in an understandable manner. Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys to assess signal coverage, identify potential interference sources, and recommend appropriate . Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on Wi-Fi equipment to ensure optimal performance and security. Product Delivery: Install/Upsell our amazing packages including our 8GB service with the latest ASUS gaming routers.
Run Cat 6 Ethernet cable for relocating routers or to hardwire a customer’s specific device. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Wi-Fi technology, including standards (e.g., 802.11ac, 802.11ax), encryption methods, and networking principles.
Experience:
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. Education: Technical certifications or training in networking or telecommunications are preferred. Ethernet Cables: Know the colour code of an ethernet cable and be able to make one on request at customer properties.
