Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director, the Aquatics Program Coordinator oversees aquatics programs, including staff management, swim lessons, and swim team operations.
This position ensures a safe and effective aquatic environment by supervising instructors and coordinating groups, swim teams, and private lessons.
The Aquatics Program Coordinator organizes regular staff training and conducts in-service sessions to maintain high standards of safety and program quality. Weekly responsibilities are approximately divided between 20 hours of direct service and 20 hours dedicated to administrative tasks or special projects.
Qualifications
Certain required qualifications may be obtained within 90 days of hire, depending on the
position’s needs and organizational requirements.
