Qualifications
· At least 16 years old
· Currently resides in San Francisco or is a high school student enrolled in SFUSD
· Availability on Monday and Wednesday afternoons and alternating Saturdays
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Comfortable being in or around water
· Ability to work effectively with members, staff, and volunteers
