    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional and community experience
    • At least 1 years’ experience working with families and youth in one on one and group settings.
    • Familiarity and experience working in or with HSA, DCYF, and community-based agencies. 
    • Familiarity and experience with client interviewing, assessment, and service plan development. 
    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated follow-through on tasks: multi project/multi task orientation.
    • Conflict resolution skills and problem solving skills.
    • Proven ability to work with people from a variety of different ethnic, socioeconomic,
    • educational, religious, sexual, and generational backgrounds.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to include public speaking  
    • Proficient with computers and Office 365 
    • Ability to clearly document outcome and data per program protocols 
    • Availability to work Monday–Friday, with standard hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including two extended days from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Occasional Saturday availability is required (approximately 4–6 times per year, depending on events).

    Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

    • A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field or equivalent professional and community experience
    • Bilingual skills
