Required Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent.

· Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

· At least two years of customer service experience.

· Experience supporting wellness, fitness, recreation, or related programs.

· Experience training, leading, or coordinating staff or volunteers.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

· Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications 

· Experience in a YMCA, fitness, recreation, or community-based organization.

· Ability to communicate in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or another language that supports member and community needs.
