Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability on Saturdays.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong relationship-building skills with staff, community members, and families.
• Experience working with elementary or middle school youth.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to the program’s goals and values.
Preferred Qualifications
• 48 college units or an Associate’s degree.
• Two or more years of experience working with youth.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
