Help create positive and engaging sports experiences for youth and adults at the YMCA. As a Sports Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of leagues, clinics, and recreation programs while working directly with participants, assisting with program administration, and helping ensure a fun, welcoming, and successful experience for all.

The salary for this position is $20.00 hourly. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.
1. Job Summary:
The Sports Coordinator assists in the daily direction and management of the sports program which may include organizing, delivering and administering sports leagues, recreation programs and activities targeted toward youth and adults at assigned branch. The incumbent may give work direction to sports staff.

This position reports to the Sports Director/Sr. Sports Director who reports to the Executive Director. The incumbent works with branch and sports program teams, and other Association staff.
