As a YPD CSR, you support your assigned payroll clients, process payrolls for assigned clients, ensure accuracy of employee set ups, check work prepared by fellow CSRs. You report to the YPD Ops Lead.
Primary Objective: You will process payrolls and manage 150-200 clients’ needs regarding employee set up, processing payrolls and producing reports that fit clients’ needs. You will be responsible for coaching your clients on their use of our payroll software and related payroll systems.
Secondary Objective: You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date on your own knowledge of our payroll software and related payroll systems.
