<h2><strong>Office Manager – Coworking Space Operations</strong></h2><h4><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Full-Time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST M - F</h4><h4><strong>Place of Performance:&nbsp;</strong>Hybrid, Leesburg VA 3x weekly and ability to provide emergency coverage</h4><h4><strong>Start Date:</strong> 2/1/2026</h4><h4><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Hourly, non-benefited</h4><h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3><p>The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Yudrio’s coworking space and serves as the on-site leader for administrative and cross-functional teams when they are in the office.
This role acts as the direct supervisor for Administrative Assistants and provides on-site oversight, guidance, and support for other teams during their scheduled in-office days.</p><p>The Office Manager is also the primary point of escalation for tenant and client concerns and serves as the on-site “face of Yudrio,” ensuring a professional, welcoming, and well-run office environment. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and reliability, including the ability to respond to coverage gaps, urgent issues, and unexpected situations as they arise.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h4><strong>Office &amp; Coworking Space Operations</strong></h4><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring appropriate coverage, professionalism, responsiveness, and office readiness.</li><li>Serve as the central point of contact for all Yudrio employees while on-site or utilizing the coworking space.</li><li>Act as the primary escalation point for tenant and client concerns, resolving issues professionally and in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure a smooth, well-organized, and professional on-site experience for employees, leadership, visitors, and guests.</li><li>Maintain office standards related to cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and overall presentation.</li></ul><h4><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision</strong></h4><ul><li>Serve as the direct supervisor for Administrative Assistants, providing clear direction, prioritization, and accountability.</li><li>Provide on-site oversight and support for other teams during their scheduled in-office days, acting as a resource and escalation point as needed.</li><li>Host structured 1:1 meetings to drive performance, support development, and help team members succeed in their roles.</li><li>Foster a positive and professional office culture through consistency, engagement, and leadership presence.</li><li>Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings</li><li>Hold team members accountable for assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.</li></ul><h4><strong>Administrative &amp; Operational Management</strong></h4><ul><li>Lead and coordinate administrative workflows, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, prioritized, and completed on time.</li><li>Ensure schedules, timekeeping, and coverage plans align with operational and business needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate, organized documentation and continuously improve administrative processes.</li><li>Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.</li></ul><h4><strong>Hiring &amp; Talent Support</strong></h4><ul><li>Own the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process for all administrative hires.</li><li>Support onboarding and training for new administrative team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness.</li></ul><h4><strong>Leadership &amp; Executive Support</strong></h4><ul><li>Serve as a liaison between leadership and the administrative team, communicating expectations and escalating risks or concerns as needed.</li><li>Support the executive team during on-site visits, including coordination, logistics, and real-time problem solving.</li><li>Ensure leadership visits are seamless, professional, and well-supported.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Flexibility &amp; Availability Expectations</strong></h3><p>This role requires flexibility and a strong on-site presence.
The Office Manager must be comfortable responding to coverage lapses, emergencies, and unexpected situations, which may require coming into the office outside of routine schedules.
