Recruiting Outreach Assistant

This position does not include any company sponsored benefits such as health benefits or PTO.</u></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>Yudrio is looking for a Recruiting Outreach Assistant to help us find, contact, and build relationships with potential job candidates.

This role is focused on outreach, communication, and relationship-building. You will identify potential candidates, call them, introduce them to Yudrio, learn more about what they may be looking for, and stay in touch over time.</div><div><br></div><div>Because Yudrio supports federal clients, hiring needs can come in quickly. This role helps us maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates we already know and can reconnect with when new opportunities become available.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul><li>Search for potential candidates using Yudrio’s existing candidate database and other approved online databases.</li><li>Make outbound calls to introduce candidates to Yudrio and learn more about their experience and career interests.</li><li>Build relationships with candidates instead of only contacting them when we have an immediate opening.</li><li>Keep Yudrio at the front of candidates’ minds by staying in touch and creating a positive experience.</li><li>Periodically follow up with candidates you have already spoken with to see if anything has changed in their job search, availability, or career goals.</li><li>Identify candidates who may be a good fit for current or future opportunities.</li><li>Keep clear notes on conversations, candidate interests, and follow-up needs.</li><li>Work closely with the recruiting team to help maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline.</li></ul><div><strong>Learn the Company</strong></div><div>Before speaking with candidates, you will be expected to take time to understand Yudrio and what we do.

You will review:</div><ul><li>Yudrio’s website</li><li>Company capabilities and services</li><li>The types of federal projects we support</li><li>The types of positions we typically hire for</li><li>Supporting materials provided by the recruiting or leadership team</li></ul><div>You should be comfortable explaining who Yudrio is, what we do, and why someone may want to work with us.

The goal is not to memorize a script.
