Potential Opportunities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation initiatives.

SDR Team Lead

• Lead and mentor the SDR team to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Oversee daily SDR operations and ensure CRM accuracy and process excellence.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to accelerate lead generation and pipeline growth.

Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team success.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Client Success teams.

Client Success Analyst

• Build trusted relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and product utilization through upselling and renewals.
• Support client onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Conduct training sessions and product consultations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.

We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Sales Development, Client Success, SMB Sales, or Enterprise Sales (as applicable) in a B2B SaaS environment is an asset.
• A genuine desire to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales, with the ambition to grow alongside the company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
