    About the Role

    As an In-house Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all contracts. You will negotiate general commercial terms with our finance and business groups, ensure legal compliance, and set official contract strategies and have a broad range of responsibilities providing transactional support, day-to-day advice to management, and negotiation for our product sales, licensing and services. You will also work on making sure contracts are in line with our larger company goals and philosophies while mitigating risks whenever possible along with reviewing contract terms and updating them to fit legal needs.

    About You

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in contract law
    • Law degree from an accredited institution
    • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, particularly software licensing and the RFP process, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating legal risks and aligning with company objectives
    • Experience drafting a variety of legal documentation
    • Industry subject matter expert

    Schedule

    This is an office-based role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
