Requirements

• Entry level experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (co-op, internship, or freelance work welcome)
• Continually seek new and better ways to do things through technology and innovation, which includes but isn’t limited to AI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn project planning, timelines, and client processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with direction.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Comfortable using or learning project management and collaboration tools.
• Passion for client service, creative work, and continuous learning.

Primary Objective for This Position

The Account Coordinator supports the Account Services team in delivering exceptional client service. You’ll assist with day-to-day account operations, help coordinate timelines and deliverables, and play a key role in keeping communication clear and projects moving forward.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Creative and Technology teams — learning how agency work comes together while contributing meaningfully to client success.

Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day will evolve, but core duties include:

• Support the Account Services team on active client accounts.
• Help maintain timelines, deliverables, and documentation for projects.
• Draft client-facing communications (e.g., meeting notes, status updates).
• Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and tracking next steps.
• Assist with proofing, reviewing, and formatting deliverables.
• Coordinate approvals and feedback across teams.
• Organize project assets, folders, and files to keep teams aligned.
• Help prepare presentations, research, or reports as needed.

You will also:

• Support new business and proposal preparation.
• Learn and use agency tools to manage tasks and projects.
• Ask thoughtful questions to gain deeper understanding of client work.
• Offer ideas, support brainstorms, and contribute to team culture.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, and ask for help when needed.
• Approach every project — big or small — with a calm, positive, solution-oriented mindset.
