About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Professionals to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with internal departments and business units to support budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity and excellence in financial management to support the organization’s strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS/SOCPA).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit activities and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of cost analyses, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and support continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure financial controls, transparency, and proper cost allocations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting within an industrial or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
