Procurement Professions

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Professionals to join our dynamic Supply Chain & Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and purchasing operations to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of goods and services.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, identify reliable suppliers, and implement best procurement practices that align with the organization’s strategic and financial objectives.

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contracting.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service and performance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal cost and value for the organization.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to support budgeting, approvals, and contract governance.
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier risks to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation and sustainability practices within procurement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, compliance, and governance frameworks.
