About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing large-scale recruitment initiatives, managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in various roles across the organization. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for various roles.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and the team to understand the hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting Zamp’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
6-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
