Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion AR & Cash Management Functional QA Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials. The role involves business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support of Accounts Receivable and Cash Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CM) modules.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
- Manage AR processes including customer setup, receipts, cash application, collections, and revenue accounting.
- Configure and support bank account, bank statement processing, and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Validate integrations, accounting entries, and month-end close activities.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and Oracle support for issue resolution.
- Support implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong functional expertise in Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, testing, and support projects.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and OIC integrations.
- Strong QA/testing experience including SIT, UAT, and defect management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domains.
- Exposure to automated testing tools and Oracle Cloud ERP upgrades.

Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification preferred.
