SUMMARY OF ROLE
- To support the external sales team by working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals
- To provide a high level of sales support/ customer service by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner
- To offer a high standard of Customer service at all time
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent building and expansion of the business network in the required region
- You will take care of existing customers and look for the new ones
- You will participate the business meetings and presentation our product range
- Working closely with the sales team, booking appointments for customers visits when required
- Understand customer´s business needs and ensure that you offer and sell company´s extensive portfolio of stocks and bespoke products

SCOPE OF POSITION
The post holder will be expected to work any hours required in the execution of his/her duties. The role does not have line management responsibility.
LOCATION
This position is located at: Serbia - Belgrade
and will require travel to other sites with some occasional international travel.

Key Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Computer skills’ including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum
- CRM capabilities & AI capabilities skills
Knowledge and Experience
- Flexible in approach, capable of prioritising numerous work streams.
- Excellent planning, organisation and administration skills
- Previous experience with business and working as a sales representative for at least 2 years is required
- Knowledge of English and SAP is an advantage
Personal Attributes
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with building recommendation papers and other reports by analysing data
- Team player
Qualifications
- Minimum level 3 (A’level, Btec qualication level) education
- Computer skills’ including Excel / Word / Outlook - Intermediate level is a minimum.
- Clean Full Driving License and ability to travel to customer sites on a weekly basis
