Lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions.
Serve as the trusted technical advisor to the Finance organization, partnering closely with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, system modifications, enhancements, and third-party add-on solutions. Recommend scalable SAP solutions and best practices that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's long-term Finance technology roadmap.
Collaborate with Finance and business process owners to translate functional requirements into effective SAP solutions and system improvements.
Manage SAP integrations with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Banking, Tax, and third-party financial applications to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
Provide technical leadership for SAP FICO projects, system enhancements, upgrades, production support, and global deployments.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives that improve financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
Support the development and maintenance of SAP interfaces, APIs, middleware integrations, IDocs, and financial data flows to ensure reliable system performance and data integrity.
Lead solution design reviews, testing, deployment planning, and issue resolution while ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Coordinate internal development teams, external consultants, and implementation partners to successfully deliver SAP initiatives on time and within budget.
Ensure SAP Finance solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate governance policies.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable long-term solutions.
