<div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid #1F3864 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 2.0pt 0cm;"><h1 style="border:none;padding:0cm; ">Role Summary</h1></div><p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;">We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to support the highest-volume financial areas of our Oracle Cloud environment: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, with coverage of Cash Management and Fixed Assets as needed.

This is a long-term support role with broad scope and steady ongoing activity, covering functional configuration, month-end close support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The consultant will partner closely with a technical integration specialist to support the complete end-to-end financial process.</p><div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid #1F3864 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 2.0pt 0cm;"><h1 style="border:none;padding:0cm; ">Key Responsibilities</h1></div><ul><li>Provide day-to-day functional support for GL, AP, and AR: transaction processing issues, setup changes, period close, and reconciliations.</li><li>Support Cash Management (bank statement processing and reconciliation) and Fixed Assets (additions, depreciation, retirements, and asset close) as needed.</li><li>Maintain and enhance financials configuration: ledgers, chart of accounts and hierarchies, cross-validation rules, subledger accounting rules, payment and receipt setups, and tax configuration.</li><li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across all financial modules, including troubleshooting close blockers and reconciliation variances.</li><li>Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes and process improvements.</li><li>Work with the integration specialist to troubleshoot end-to-end issues that span financial modules and connected systems (banks, tax, expense, and other applications).</li><li>Manage approval workflow (BPM) rule changes for journals, invoices, and payments.</li><li>Assess quarterly Oracle release updates: review new features, perform impact analysis, and coordinate regression testing for financial processes.</li><li>Raise and manage Oracle SRs through resolution.</li><li>Support user access requests, role assignments, and audit/compliance inquiries related to financials.</li><li>Document configurations, resolutions, and standard operating procedures; train business users where needed.</li></ul><div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid #1F3864 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 2.0pt 0cm;"><h1 style="border:none;padding:0cm; ">Required Skills & Experience</h1></div><ul><li>7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials functional experience across GL, AP, and AR, including production support.</li><li>Working knowledge of Cash Management and Fixed Assets.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial close processes, subledger accounting, and reconciliation.</li><li>Experience with FBDI/ADFdi data loads and basic OTBI/BIP report troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with BPM approval workflow configuration and Fusion role-based security concepts.</li><li>Experience managing Oracle SRs and quarterly release update cycles.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with finance business users.</li></ul><div style="border:none;border-bottom:solid #1F3864 1.0pt; padding:0cm 0cm 2.0pt 0cm;"><h1 style="border:none;padding:0cm; ">Nice to Have</h1></div><ul><li>Exposure to Expenses, Tax (or third-party tax engines), or Procurement-to-AP flows.</li><li>Oracle Financials Cloud certifications (GL, AP, or AR).</li></ul><div>Experience in managed services / long-term</div>
