Position Overview
Content Quality Manager is responsible for editing the content for external audience. Checking the accuracy and quality of content creation/population done by content writers, ensuring records are maintained accurately,ensuring utilization of team is high, mentor and train new team members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall quality of content uploaded on website
- Need to maintain daily content uploading status report and ensure daily targets are met
- Assign work to cataloguing and content team
- Do thorough quality check/ proof reading of catalogue and content team's work prior to uploading
- Work closely with category and tech team to ensure smooth flow of cataloguing and content work
Requirement
- 4-6 years of experience into content quality check and content research.
- Should be proficient with Excel.
- Should have experience in cataloguing/ content writing.
- Proficient in English.
- Team management experience is a major plus.
