Your Impact on Our Mission
Zocdoc’s Senior Manager, Brand Marketing for Provider is the steward of the Zocdoc brand for provider and business audiences. Their mission is to grow awareness, affinity, and trust among the doctors and practices who power Zocdoc, ensuring they see Zocdoc as an essential, valued, trusted partner in their growth and success.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, reputation, and creative execution. The Senior Manager will shape how Zocdoc shows up to providers across channels, lead the development and execution of campaigns and programs that strengthen our brand and enhance our reputation, and own the foundational brand systems that ensure our message is consistent, compelling, and human.
They’ll partner closely with Provider Acquisition, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative, Legal, Service / T&S, Sales, and Communications to create moments and programs that strengthen provider perception and loyalty, helping Zocdoc’s brand and business grow in tandem.
This role is central to shaping how providers perceive and engage with Zocdoc. You’ll help ensure our brand reflects the humanity of healthcare and the value of Zocdoc’s partnership through storytelling, creative campaigns, and community engagement that strengthen our reputation and drive affinity. Your work will make Zocdoc not just a platform that providers use, but a brand they love, believe in and want to be a part of.
