Position Overview

Zones is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Specialist to provide administrative and program support to the Partner Marketing team. This role will coordinate partner funding claims, proof-of-performance submissions, partner portal activities, invoice tracking, reimbursements, and other partner-funded related activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain accurate documentation, and work effectively across internal teams and partner organizations.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. It is based in the Zones Pakistan office.

Partner Funding & Claims Administration

• Manage partner portal submissions for MDF, co-op, rebates, incentives, and other partner funding programs.

• Track claim status and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.

• Coordinate proof-of-performance (PoP) collection, validation, and submission with internal stakeholders and partner portals.

• Monitor claim approvals, denials, and reimbursement timelines, escalating issues when required.

• Maintain funding trackers and dashboards to ensure visibility into outstanding claims and reimbursement status.

Partner Program Support

• Serve as a primary administrative resource for partner marketing funding programs and portal activities.

• Maintain partner portal access, documentation, and submission records.

• Support partner program audits and compliance requests by gathering required documentation.

Invoice & Financial Coordination

• Monitor open invoices and proactively follow up on payment delays or discrepancies.

• Validate supporting documentation related to partner-funded activities.

• Maintain accurate records of funding utilization and reimbursement activity.

Project & Administrative Support

• Support F&O-funded marketing projects by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and required documentation.

• Maintain project trackers and status reports for multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Assist with data entry, reporting, document management, and process improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve tracking accuracy.

Reporting & Governance

• Develop and maintain regular reports on claim status, reimbursement activity, and project completion.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and partner funding requirements.

• Provide visibility into outstanding action items, upcoming deadlines, and partner requirements.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

Education:

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required

Required Experience:

• 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations or partner marketing

• Experience with SharePoint a plus

• Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency

• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables

• Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate to get the best results

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Drive for documenting and optimizing processes

• Deep understanding of Office products, with advanced Excel skills
