You will serve as the critical bridge connecting Zoox's internal cross-functional engineering teams with external architectural, construction, and equipment partners, ensuring our capital investments translate into world-class production environments.

In this role, you will:

8+ years of TPM or operations experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale industrial CapEx projects or facility build-outs from concept to commissioning.

Deep technical expertise in manufacturing integration, facility layouts, industrial automation, and equipment installation.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate with external vendors and drive consensus among cross-functional technical teams.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical and financial data into actionable leadership updates.

Bonus Qualifcations

Experience collaborating directly with Product Development or Design Engineering teams to influence Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and ensure smooth new product introductions (NPI).

Experience scaling manufacturing environments in the Automotive, EV, Aerospace, or Advanced Robotics industries.
