Job Description

  ZoukLoans is revolutionizing SME credit in India by bringing fast, flexible and transparent credit products to SMEs. ZoukLoans works with leading NBFCs, E-commerce companies, MNCS and startups in lending to them and their supply chains/vendors.We are looking for awesome visual designers who could address the challenging opportunities with their design thinking at different touch points ( Mobile, Web, etc. )

• How to set the expectation of loans right visually through the interfaces?

• How to enable engagement between our team and the users?

• Creating a two click loan application process.

• How to design an app for an SME promoter who is using a smart phone for the first time?

What will you be doing?

• Creating usable / aesthetic interfaces for SMEs, banks, NBFCs and MNCs
• Applying interaction design process at every step of problem solving
• Creating mood boards, collaborating with different stakeholders to gather insights
• Closely working with the tech team to integrate the design

Required Skill sets

• Detailed understanding of product research, strategy, information architecture development, and interaction design
• Balancing business requirements and emotional desires of the users
• Ability to rationalize design decisions with backing of data from research / insights
• Manage the design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
• Prior startup experience is plus
• 2-5 years of experience
