We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Automotive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of our dealership/service center. As an Automotive Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service while supporting our administrative and operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership or service center.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales inquiries, coordinating with the service and sales teams.
- Assist customers with basic information about vehicle services, sales processes, and available promotions.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle customer check-ins and check-outs for vehicle services, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Direct customers to appropriate departments or personnel when needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly or escalated to the relevant department.
- Manage the flow of visitors and deliveries to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks, including handling mail, faxes, and emails.
