Zuggand, an innovative company in the Phoenix valley, is looking to add an outgoing and self-motivated recruiter to help support its growing business!
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Develop overall recruiting strategy and approach
- Recruit qualified applicants for all open positions
- Create job postings to ensure talent pipeline
- Schedule in-person interviews
- Process data entry for all new hires
- Make job offers and negotiate salaries accordingly
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Self-starter and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Recruitment experience is a plus!
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
