Digital Marketing Manager

• Strategy & Planning: Build and execute comprehensive, multi-brand digital marketing strategies tailored to Hong Kong’s fast-paced automotive sector
• Lead Generation: Optimize performance marketing funnels to lower cost-per-lead and track conversion rates from digital touchpoints to physical showroom visits.
• Campaign Management: Oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns across websites, SEO/ SEM, social media, display, and CRM channels to drive high-intent traffic to our showrooms
• Content and Social Media: Oversee content strategy and localised content creation, video assets and social media channels
• Data Analytics & Budgeting: Manage digital budgets and build dashboards to track ROI, traffic, leads and conversion metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations. Apply insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives. Train the marketing team on modern digital tools and data use.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related discipline
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing including CRM, with proven experience in leads generation
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as but not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM/AEO, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, and Shopify
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Canva, Manus, Perplexity
• Solid understanding of content management systems, social media platforms and UX/UI principles.
• Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and optimize marketing performance.
• Experienced in online media agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Humble and curious, and an appetite for innovation
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
