WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Support global organic content planning across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Help manage day-to-day global social channels, scheduling posts and assisting with community engagement and responses.

- Create organic social content to brief, contributing to brand affinity and conversion goals.

- Coordinate the Creator Studio process — preparing briefs, tracking approvals, and helping manage rollout under guidance.

- Assist with always-on content production, keeping workflows and timelines on track.

- Provide support to paid content development by gathering assets and coordinating with Digital and Brand teams.

- Coordinate content localisation with local markets, collating copy, creator, and influencer inputs.

- Pull together regular performance reporting, compiling data and surfacing initial insights.

- Monitor trends, sentiment, and competitor activity, flagging relevant findings to the wider team.

- Support brand planning, influencer concepts, and global activations as directed.

- Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with marketing operations tasks as needed.

Native to social — you've grown up on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, you instinctively know how content behaves on each, and you're confident spotting what's working and what isn't.

Localisation awareness — you get that a post built for one market needs care to land in another, and you're eager to learn what makes each region tick.

AI curiosity — you're already playing with AI tools to work faster and smarter, and keen to make them part of how you operate.
