Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support. Once cancelled, you'll lose access to your paid features.

Immediate Cancellation

Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation. You won't be charged for future billing cycles.

Data Retention

Your account data and job applications will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate your account if needed.

Refund Policy

3-Day Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within the first 3 days of your purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below. No refunds will be issued after the first 3 days under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are granted at our discretion and only when all of the following conditions are met:

Request made within 3 days of purchase
Service has not been substantially used
Documented technical issue we could not resolve
Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Important Note

The 3-day refund window starts from the date of purchase and is subject to the conditions above. Accounts that have already consumed a significant share of their plan’s applications, referrals, or other paid features may not qualify. After 3 days, all sales are final.
