Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Immediate Cancellation
Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation. You won't be charged for future billing cycles.
Data Retention
Your account data and job applications will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate your account if needed.

No company outreach: You must not have received any contact from companies regarding your job applications within 30 days of purchase.
Additional Eligibility Conditions:
- Request made within 30 days of purchase
- Technical service issues that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Unauthorized charges

Company outreach includes any form of contact: emails, phone calls, interview invitations, application acknowledgments, or any other communication from employers regarding your applications submitted through our platform.

Once approved, refund is processed immediately

Refund appears in your account within 3-5 business days

- • Annual subscriptions are prorated based on usage
